Reynir Smári Atlason 

Reynir holds a M.Sc degree in Environment and Natural Resource Science from the University of Iceland and a Bachelors degree in product design from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. His Ph.D research focuses mainly on maintenance issues within the geothermal sector. His research topics also include Energy Return on Investment (EROI) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Reynir is an avid sailor and plans to sail around the world.

Snædís Ögn Flosadóttir

Snædís will be finishing her M.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering in 2015. She holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland. Her M.Sc research focuses on performance measurement system for quality and operational risk control in pension funds. In her thesis she maps the literature of operational risk control, quality control and performance measurement. The literature research is then integrated with the case study of pension funds focusing on creating a model for quality and operation risk control in pension funds under the structure of performance management.
